To connect a PlayStation 3 (Sixaxis/DualShock 3) controller to a PC, a USB cable is required to initially pair the controller to a PC. PlayStation 4 (DualShock 4) and PlayStation 5 (DualSense) controllers can pair without the use of a USB cable. There have been third-party software packages that allow PlayStation controllers to connect, such as The Xbox 7MN-0001 Wireless Controller, was manufactured by Microsoft Corporation. It is the first generation Xbox One controller released, but has since been discontinued. This controller has since been superseded by Models 1697/1698 and Model 1708. While this controller is commonly used with the Xbox One, it can also be used for PC gaming.

Place the files in the x64 folder (if you have 64 bit) in to your GTA 5 Install Folder. Start the Durazno.exe and remap your Buttons and test it if it works correctly. Start GTA 5. If it still does not work try to deinstall your gamepad driver and reinstall it. #2.

With this driver, it's just a HID Class gamepad, just as any other game controller such as Logitech RumblePad 2, DualShock 3 or DualShock 4. If you want to match the hardware to add a button mapping, look for Vendor ID:Product ID 0x02d1:0x045e and/or Vendor Name/Product Name "Microsoft"/"Xbox One Controller". 7kWm4sO.
